The clean and classic lines of the exterior design of this home were carried to the interior. The layout is clean, simple, and solid. It was decided by the homeowner after working with their personal construction coordinator from Bayfront Builders, that the adjoining dining room and great room spaces needed to have an open feeling to accommodate their entertaining style. The division of space occurs only with the separate floor treatments of carpet and tile. This is a good quality home, achieved with some moderate budget constraints.
